Why do the same situations keep repeating on your fertility path?
If you’ve been a patient of mine for a while, you will have heard me talk about repeating cycles as a key part of a fertility journey. On a spiritual journey, as part of your ascension, this is a test from the higher realms.
Your fertility challenges have triggered you to face the shadows, whether that is through introspection, journalling, energy clearing meditations or inner child work.
Doing this shadow work is hard!
But it releases negativity, blockages, fear, guilt and other stuck emotions that have been causing physical blockages in your sacral chakra, preventing optimal fertility UP TO THIS POINT.
The healing goes like this:
1. You recognise the trigger
2. You associate it to a fear/ negative emotion/ pattern from childhood.
3. You intentionally clear it.
4. You change your behaviour to respond next time from a higher perspective.
5. You have created a space to receive something new.
6. You meditate to receive the new downloads/path forwards.
So many of you might think, I’ve done the shadow work, I was feeling high vibrational, I’m ready to be a Mother.
Why did this lesson repeat?
Why did the fibroids return? Why did my cycle have to be abandoned? Why did I miscarry? Why do I keep taking steps forward to meet a brick wall?
Let’s look at the spiritual reasons why and what you can do about it for your specific situation.
1. Do you know what the lesson is?
2.Look at the steps above. Did you fully embrace them all, or did you skip a step? Being fully open to receive the new light is a common step to miss.
3.The universe may be testing you in a different capacity. For example, how will you know that you’ve changed, if you don’t experience the same situation again. This is an important step.
For example, if your Clomid cycle failed in the past and you were devastated. You worked on your fear of rejection. This time you took Clomid and it didn’t result in a pregnancy but the follicle tracking showed that you ovulated, this is a big step forwards.
God is asking you, are you truly happy with yourself, as you’ve been saying, or does your happiness depend on an external circumstance? Do you see the positive in life or the fears?
If you’re able to respond in a healed way to the same situation or trigger, you will see how far you’ve come on your journey and God will know you are ready for a much bigger reward.
4.We are always tested again with the same situation when we are at a higher frequency. Earth has recently moved into a higher frequency and so January and February have seen repeated cycles of very chaotic energy working to leave people’s lives. You may be reminded of situations you thought you had dealt with 6 months ago.
See it as a confirmation of your raised vibration. Can you flow? Can you surrender to Divine Timing? Can you ‘let go and let God?’
5. Repeated cycles in life are always karmic in nature. This means there is a past life connection with this situation, limiting belief or person. Here are some ways to clear karmic cycles:

The brand new meditation for this week is the Forgiveness Meditation which will help to release negative energy from repeated cycles and close them out for good.
The Akashic records are a vast trove of energetic records, similar to a great library. They hold the records of each individual’s significant experiences, words, thoughts actions and contracts through all of their past lives and this current lifetime. For example, if in a lower momet, you thought or said, ‘I’ll never be a parent, I don’t deserve it,’ that became a contract, albeit a small one, held in your Akashic records.
Don’t worry! Because every human has spoken negative words about themselves in moments of doubt or fear.
But we do have to go into the Akashic records, in a guided meditation and clear this energy. This is entirely fixable if you know how to do it and if you intend to change your energy.
I have a specific meditation to clear the Akashic Records which we can use at the right time in your acupuncture journey.
The Akashic records also hold contracts with people from past lives who often appear again in this life until your soul is sure that the contract is finished, the lesson is learned and the person (or their triggers) can exit your life. This makes room for a new and higher vibrational contract such as one with your baby.
Sometimes your baby is ready to enter your life but the space is not available due to unfinished karmic contracts with other people, such as family members or old relationships.
The soul of the baby may enter briefly and leave again, such as in the case of miscarriages. Devastating as this is, their soul is alerting you to trauma or pain you have been holding onto, by triggering it. They want you to clear it, so they can come into your life in a freer and healed space.
And they will try again.
The contracts held in the Akashic records can be between people, such as Mother-daughter fears and anxieties or a husband-wife marriage contract in a time period where women were seen as men’s property. This might manifest in a toxic relationship with the same soul (ex-boyfriend) in this lifetime and you need to release the contract. This can happen with same sex relationships too, as people have masculine and feminine energy makeups, regardless of their gender.
The contracts in the Akashic records can also be about the energy of situations. For example, perhaps you died in childbirth due to significant blood loss in a previous life. In this life you subconsciously hold onto fears of pregnancy and childbirth, and present with a blood deficiency diagnosis.
In this current time on Planet Earth, the vibrational frequency of humans and of the Earth is rising rapidly. This is supportive of the release of karmic contracts and cycles. We simply cannot take this ‘stuff’ forwards with us into the New Earth we are creating.
This is a new time. Every day remind yourself of how powerful you are.
1 person’s light has the power to energetically raise the vibration of a multitude of people around them.
Be this person for yourself and others and you will automatically attract new and higher vibrational cycles!
And guided by the meditations, the energy clearing and the acupuncture, we will clear the old energy for good!
